during the holidays i spent half the time looking for new flavors of macaroons. the best ones are salted caramel at a cafe in newtown.

During the holidays I experienced work placement for hospitality for a week. In this time I worked with preparing and handling food.

Went to a restaurant and had a creame brulee for dessert
During the holidays, we had some family staying in Sydney from New Zealand. As the mad Tigers supporters that my family are, we took our visitors to Robbie Farrah's restaurant in Leichhardt called LeichhaTiger. The food was delicious with many different chicken schnitzels and gourmet pizzas on offer. I ordered a chicken schnitzel topped with ham and cheese and lots of Napoletana sauce. It was delicious!

My culinary experience during the holidays was helping my grandma cook homemade pasta

During the holidays I went to Pancakes on the Rocks. There I had some very delicious pancakes with ice cream and syrup. They were very fluffy and large which made them extremely filling.

culinary experience

One culinary experience i had these holidays was cooking for my friends family, i made cupcakes, brownies and prepared schnitzel and chips for dinner one night while the family was away.

we went camping in kiama and in the mornings we had waffles with jam and cream
